Venue change

Please note that Lorde’s 2023 Adelaide Festival performance as part of her Solar Power Tour has changed venue from Adelaide Oval, Village Green to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena.

There are no changes to the performance date or time – Thu 16 Mar, doors open 5.30pm.


Existing ticket holders 

All patrons who purchased tickets prior to the venue change have been notified via email about the change. All valid Adelaide Oval tickets (GA Standing) will be admitted to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena (GA Standing). Replacement tickets are not required to gain entry to the new venue, and patrons are not required to take any action.

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena offers reserved seating in addition to GA Standing. Patrons wishing to change their existing GA Standing ticket to a reserved seat need to contact adelaideevents@ticketek.com.au by 5pm on Fri 3 Feb 2023. For patrons unable to attend the performance, please contact adelaideevents@ticketek.com.au by 5pm on Fri 3 Feb 2023.

General Information

How do I buy tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase from TICKETEK. To purchase, visit the Lorde event page and use the BUY TICKETS link or call Ticketek on 132 849.

Ticketek are the only authorised ticketing agent selling for this Adelaide Festival concert. Tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers (such as but not limited to the following sites: Viagogo, Ticketmaster resale, eBay, Gumtree, StubHub, Queen of Tickets and Facebook marketplace), may be fraudulent, and entry to the venue may be refused. Adelaide Festival and Ticketek are not responsible for honouring or refunding tickets purchased from unauthorised agents or resellers.

Maximum ticket limits may be imposed. Adelaide Festival and Ticketek reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the maximum ticket limit.

Can I buy tickets on site?
Yes, tickets will be available to purchase through Ticketek from the on-site box office at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, pre-booking your tickets is recommended.

What time should I get there?
Gates open at 5.30pm. 

6.30 - 6.50pm Stellie
7.15 - 8pm MUNA
8.45 – 10.15pm Lorde

How long is the concert?
The performance will run for just under 4 hours including changeover times between sets.

Is there seating?
Reserved seating is available for this concert. Please make your selection between general admission (standing) and reserved seating when purchasing your tickets. 

Will the concert go ahead if it’s raining?
Yes! The Adelaide Entertainment Centre is an indoor venue.

Is it an accessible event?
Adelaide Entertainment Centre is committed to ensuring all patrons have an enjoyable and comfortable experience when visiting the Arena, including those with access needs.

To book accessible seats, please complete Ticketek’s Accessible Seating Booking Form or call Ticketek's Accessible Seating booking line on 1300 665 915 and advise the Ticketek operator of your access requirements.

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre has a number of onsite food and beverage options available. For further information, please refer to the website here. Grazing boxes are also available for pre-purchase here.

Is there First Aid on site?
The Arena has dedicated First Aid rooms on the Foyer and Arena levels. Please ask one of the friendly staff immediately should you or your companion be in need of medical assistance.

What if I lose something during the event?

Transport

Will there be somewhere to lock my bike?
Yes, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre offers bicycle parking rails at the front of the venue.

How do I get to the event?

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre is located at the Corner of Port Road & Adam Street Hindmarsh, conveniently located on the edge of Adelaide CBD.

TRAIN
The Bowden train station is located approximately 150 metres from the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Port Road, with easy pedestrian access. For further information and timetables, visit the Adelaide Metro website.

TRAM
A free tram service operates daily between the Adelaide Entertainment Centre and Adelaide City with a good level of frequency. The tram station is located immediately in front of the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Port Road. For timetables and more information please visit the Adelaide Metro website.

BUS
There are a number of bus stops located within close proximity (50 – 80 metres) to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Bus routes directly passing the centre include 115, 150, 157. Refer to the Adelaide Metro website for details.

TAXI
Taxi ranks are located on both sides of Port Road in close proximity to the main Adelaide Entertainment Centre entry.
