QLife

QLife provides Australia-wide anonymous, LGBTI peer support and referral for people wanting to talk about a range of issues including sexuality, identity, gender, bodies, feelings or relationships.

QLife services are free and include both telephone and webchat support, delivered by trained LGBTI community members across the country. Our services are for LGBTI individuals, their friends and families, and health professionals in Australia.

Yarning SafeNStrong

A free and confidential counselling service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. Yarning SafeNStrong (YSNS) is available to people and families who need to have a yarn with someone about their wellbeing.

COVID-19 has seen many of our community without access to their family and other support, including face to face access to workers from Aboriginal services, leaving many feeling vulnerable and isolated.

We have culturally suitable counsellors you can yarn safely with ‘who get it’, no matter how
big or small the challenge.

13YARN

13YARN is a national crisis support line for mob who are feeling overwhelmed or having difficulty coping. We offer a confidential one-on-one yarning opportunity with a Lifeline-trained Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Crisis Supporter who can provide crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

13YARN empowers our community with the opportunity to yarn without judgement and provide a culturally safe space to speak about their needs, worries or concerns.

This is a free, confidential service specifically for First Nations people to provide help with your mental health and wellbeing, available to access any time (24/7 365 days) by calling 1800 959 500 (option 3).
